Camping arrangement information for 2024 from the motoGP officials team:
A free campground will be available for all officials and up to two guests within the Marshals Village. Camping is a great way to socialise and enjoy the experience with your fellow officials once the sun goes down.
The Marshals Village will cater for vehicles and motorcycles, with race officials and your guests able to camp next to their vehicle/motorcycle. We appreciate the importance of getting officials around the venue, including to and from the campground and muster shed each morning and evening, therefore, an extended shuttle service will be available to get you where you need to go on time.
You can upgrade your camping experience to a pre-pitched tent within the Marshalls Village, and have your tent set up for you upon arrival. To book a pre-pitched head to: Marshal Pre-Pitched | Australian MotoGP (ticketmaster.com)
For further information on being a volunteer official at the event, please refer to the Race Officials Information Booklet. Here you will find information including FAQ’s, information for new officials, job descriptions, the MA licensing process and camping accommodation information.
